Essential Job Functions of the Junior Producer (JP):
Mission: The JP Program provides: A unique environment through hands on selling, peer to peer competition, specialized sales/product training, mentoring, and a clear career path for top performers.
- Develop insurance selling skills
- Learning from a Producer/Mentor
- Hands On Tele-prospecting
- Weekly role-playing
- Specialized sales training
- Understand (high level) the Employee Benefits and Property/Casualty insurance product offerings
- Various Webinar Training
- In House Product training
- Attend proposal meetings with Mentor/Producer
- Attend insurance school
- Become familiar with insurance carriers/underwriters and learn how to build strong relationships
- Vendor Introductions
- Carrier Introductions
- Underwriter Introductions
- Develop into a Producer/Mentor after graduating from the JP Program
- Unlimited earning potential

Requirements:
- Background / Experience requirement: BA/BS degree
- Proven process orientation and execution-focused work ethic
- Team player - cultural fit is a must
- Passion to build a successful career in sales
- Intensive cold calling
Salary / Benefits:
- Salary: TBD (Based on experience). Full Benefit Package
- Bonus/Commission: Activity based.
